Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship.
Following an initial consultation, TPC Collection may provide a proposal outlining the scope of services, estimated fees, and specific arrangements.
Services are only confirmed upon written agreement between both parties.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
Dates and locations
Guest numbers
Dietary requirements and allergies
Access to the venue
Relevant logistical information
TPC Collection cannot be held responsible for issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
5. Pricing & Payment
Fees are determined individually based on the scope, duration, location, staffing requirements, and specific client needs.
Payment terms will be outlined in the respective proposal or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be settled within the specified payment period.
6. Changes & Cancellations
Changes to confirmed engagements should be communicated as early as possible.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the engagement and will be specified in the individual agreement.
TPC Collection reserves the right to charge reasonable costs already incurred prior to cancellation.
7. Travel & Accommodation
Where travel, accommodation, transportation, or additional logistics are required, associated costs may be charged separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Discretion is a fundamental principle of TPC Collection.
Information relating to clients, residences, schedules, guests, family offices, business operations, or personal matters is treated confidentially.
Where required, TPC Collection is willing to enter into separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
9. Limitation Of Liability
TPC Collection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, graphics, and design elements, remains the property of TPC Collection unless otherwise stated.
No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
